Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Kova AI account and every piece of data attached to it at any time, without asking us and without giving a reason. This page explains both ways to do it.

The fastest way: in the app

Open Kova AI, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and all data linked to it are removed from our live database, including your onboarding profile and health considerations, workout sessions and sets, weigh-ins, personal records, custom workouts, preferences, and body scan records.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, you do not need to reinstall anything. Email realkovaai@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Kova AI account", from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign in. We may ask you to confirm the request so nobody else can delete your account, and we will confirm to you when it is done.

If you never signed in and only used a guest account, tell us roughly when you used the app and we will work with you to identify and delete the record. Guest accounts that are never linked to a sign in are deleted no later than 60 days after they were last used.

What deletion means

• It is permanent. There is no restore and no grace period. If you want a copy of your training history, ask us for it before you delete.
• All account data is deleted. Deleted records can survive briefly in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten, and we keep only what the law requires us to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your subscription is separate. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play, otherwise the store will keep charging you.
• Body scan videos are on your phone, not in your account, so deletion does not touch them. Delete them on your device, or delete the app.
